Hey guys,

Now that the NumbersDon't team has merged onto the frontpage RCF blog, we're looking to add some regular segments for the RealCavsFans homepage. One of these ideas stems from our Weds Q&A segment from last season. Every Sunday we'll have a mailbag post where a few of us will answer the questions asked by you. This week I merged a bunch of inquiries regarding the Cavs' statistical leaders this upcoming season (http://realcavsfans.com/?p=4059 -- make sure to comment on who you think will be the leaders).

So for the future send any questions you have to numbersdont@gmail.com or just ask them away in this thread.

(Mods, could you possibly sticky this thread if people start to use it to ask?)

Thanks and enjoy.

Will do down the road as necessary. Threads that get stickied also get lost/overlooked, so best to leave as a regular thread for now.

Here are some questions for a few Q&As...

1) What should be Chris Grant's main priority before the all-star break?

2) What, if anything, is going to make Dan Gilbert happy about the Cavs this year?

3) By what date does Byron Scott get frustrated with the slow veterans and let the youngsters get out there, run, struggle, and learn?

4) Explain Byron Scott's defensive scheme. The offense seems more understandable.

5) Scott is running the team always and often. Has this been effective in the past or will he run them into the ground?

6) Who starts at SG? For how long?

7) Same question for SF?

8) What's the power dynamic between Grant and Scott, or will that be determined when the Cavs make their final roster moves (and if they're driven by $)?

9) Who is the single player whose development is most critical to the Cavs future?

10) What are the bloggers looking for / hoping for out of this season?

What do we do with the TPE if we're showing ourselves to be a viable playoff team by the all-star break?
And on the flip side, what do we do with the TPE if we're showing ourselves to be in the lottery by the all-star break?

With the start of this new era in Cleveland basketball and all the changes that have been already implimented are there any other pending changes? The mascot moondog never really made sense to me for one.

I was wondering how far Dan Gilbert was willing to take comic sans? what would the cavs team look like if they all wore comic sans?

Or more importantly i think it would be seriously worth considering how rebounding affect wins in the early part of the season. I see the cavs as a small team this year and expect the to struggle out rebounding teams like they historically have.
