Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I found yellow jackets living in the siding of my house. There was a little spot below the window sill where they could get in. If they were honey bees, I may have figured out a way to save them, but these yellow jackets...fuck them. What was kind of cool was that there was always one little fucker just guarding the entrance like he would sound the alarm if danger was near or something.

I thought about some of those sprays, but I ended up finding this 1% Tempo Dust stuff plus this air puffer thingy.

All the reviews mentioned how thorough and permanent it was. It also didn't kill them right away, so it would be carried to wherever else the other yellow jackets were and kill them too. The problem was that the applicator was not a distance shooter. I needed to get right up there and give a couple good puffs of the powder. I figured dusk was the best time to do it, so I put on my make-shift beekeeper outfit and set out to do the deed.

I get to the window, and I can barely see anything. These ski goggles have a tint to them, and the light on my head wasn't helping. There goes my lightning quick sneak attack. I got up there, felt around the hole like I was a sophomore in high school, puffed three times, then bolted. I get back around my house towards my garage and start to check for attackers. None. Whew.

I wasn't going back there until the morning though, just in case.

This morning, I went there and didn't see any wasps. I went inside, banged on the wall where they were nesting. I went back out and none again. I banged on the siding this time. None.

The stuff did the trick. Highly recommend.
You're a brave MF'er. I would have definitely paid someone to do that. But I am allergic to bee stings.

Please stop calling Yellowjackets bees. You are besmirching the good reputation and noble work that bees do by putting these asshole wasps in the same category! :p

Seriously, I HATE Yellowjackets, they're such major assholes.

Yeah, I'm not allergic, but fuck getting stung. There wasn't an exposed part of my body.

Coulda let your junk hang out, cause hey, wasp stings tend to cause swelling. Shit, I bet I can sell that idea.... :p

Tired of penis pumps, extenders, vitamins and pills that promise a size increase but always come up short? Then "The Yellowjacket" is for you. Just one application will increase the size of your manhood for a few hours of ginormous fun. Epi-Pen is not included.

I'm bored at home still. I want to build a wall obstacle course for my cats. Any experience/advice with this sort of thing?

Maye not this extensive, but similar.

Also, what's the difference between a comforter and a duvet? I want something I can wash. Something that isn't an animal hair magnet would also be nice.

Comforter is a blanket and a duvet is a cover for a blanket. They're useful because you can take them off, wash them in a machine, and put them back on without having to worry about how to clean a blanket if it's too large and heavy for the machine.

It is official — i am “taking my talents” to Florida and moving out of NYC after 20 long years. Our intentions are to eventually buy a home, once we actually have time to look. Due to my girlfriends job, we will more than likely be in the Orlando area.

Remember that no matter what you buy, you'll end up hating it. You'll start at least half a dozen remodeling projects that will sit unfinished for years.

And every house needs a new roof in less than 5 years. Don't tell me I didn't warn you.

I lived in Maitland, Lake Mary and Sanford. My folks like in Winter Park so I go back as much as I can.

Whereabouts are you looking? I loved Orlando.

Interestingly enough, Lake Mary might be an option. We are in a bit of a holding pattern, as my girlfriend is a Market Manager for a large bank and they are going through a re-alignment.We will be staying in Tampa for several months, but at a minimum — we know it will be in the Orlando area. Once i have more details, it sounds like you have a lot of knowledge on the area.

I am so excited to get out of the shitty NYC weather and enjoy the sun!

I was apartment living when I was in Orlando, but Lake Mary is hella nice. Couldn’t have asked for a better area to live.

I’ve been in Charlotte since 2018 though.

currently working on a kitchen remodel/enlargement. My wife and I are doing all the work expect for electrical. We tore out the wall between dining room and kitchen and are making it one big kitchen. Finished tiling (expect the pantry) on Wednesday. Today im going to start cabinets.
