Can you share your method for making the pepper flakes? I've heard of people putting them in the oven, brushed with a bit of olive oil, on a very low temp and just letting them dry/dehydrate all day.Our most recent harvest, we’ll use the cayennes for homemade crushed red pepper flakes.

The secret to awesome sweet potato fries is to put the pan in the oven when it's preheating.
