ah we won the first game 10-2. only got to listen to the radio for the first couple of innings, had to go watch a stupid movie with the lady. hey c.c. should start at the dh, another extra base hit.

i love when the giants lose, i hate the giants. i have heard so much crap over the years from giants fans.


anywho looks like i got tickets to the game on sun. they are sweets. never had sweet tickets before.

CC looked great last night!

I don't have a lot of confidence in Davis. I hope we score a bunch of runs again tonight....we may need them. Millwood comes back soon & JD should shuffle off to Buffalo.

Have a great time at the game tomorrow. My wife & I had a trip planned to fly from Atlanta to SD, then drive to SF to catch at least 1 game in each city, but work got in the way. Oh well, going to see Dad next week & will catch a game or 2 then at the Jake.

JD goes 7 innings and throws 77 pitches... WOW. He won't stay here when Millwood comes back, but that was as impressive as I have seen him. Howry tried to give the game away late but Wick came in and got the job done for a 7-6 victory. Grady goes 2-4 with 2 runs and 2 RBI.

Its nice to see Blake on the bench. Gerut, Sizemore and Crisp make up a solid OF right now and with Boone looking as if he might be coming out of it, he should be the odd man out.

great game. didnt have sweets but had great tickets none-the-less. i was right by rich manning and the other guy who does the indians game and i talked to ricky for a little bit.

bad thing about san fran are the fags. there was two right next to us. :hide:

over .500 and looking like we can build on that with some beatable teams coming up.

Yes, we get the Rockies for 3 then the D'Backs for 3. We also miss Vazquez in the D'Backs series.

I'll be up in NE Ohio the 18th-26th. A long time friend has great seats for a couple of the Bosox games. I'll be at 1 of them at least.

I also hope to catch the Scrappers home opener. My brother lives about 3 miles from the stadium. Adam Miller is scheduled to pitch that game. :yay:

I love minor league baseball (I'm a partial season ticket holder in Akron), but I cannot stand the Mahoning Valley stadium. Its in a great location (really clever putting it in a strip mall) and not hard to find and even has a decent appearance, but I simply can't stand it. Give me Canal Park any day of the week.
