I am not sure why you would go around Allen to get to Perez in my mind. Just watching these guys Perez even with his batting average is usually good at putting himself constantly in good hitters counts. Allen is way more hit or miss when it comes to his ABs

My thought exactly. Allen usually can't make good contact with a FB (consistently) and the pitcher at the time was throwing 97mph. Perez can hit one and he was over due at the time. I'll take it. Always happy to see Perez do good, I really like him overall (even though he can be frustrating at the plate).
 
Big loss for the Twins going into the postseason, Pineda had been pitching really well for them.
 
Who TF cares if he didn’t run it out it’s honestly not a big deal in the end. Puig is gonna be puig.
