Indians vs Nationals (Finish oh so strong)

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
That's about right for this season...I'm suprised Zimmer didn't break his arm on the attempted catch.

Ok, I admit I've been afraid to look in here the last few games....

Not watching, but I just saw that Zimmer struck out swinging for the third time today. He has made contact on only two pitches so far both of which were fastballs. It appears as though his new stance has yet to pay dividends.

Eric Hasse with his first career home run today. Hit 28 HR in Columbus this season. Anybody think he can give Plawecki a fight for the backup job in Cleveland next season? Plawecki was very underwhelming for me at the plate and was below league average in throwing out would-be base stealers too.

Zimmer should head to Japan and the Tribe needs to trade Kluber and Lindor.

I can't think of a worse roster move this offseason than selling low on Kluber after he missed pretty much the entire season. If we're ever trading Kluber, it would come at next year's deadline if we're out of the race and he was back healthy and pitching like an all-star.

Maybe offering Puig $20 million a year would beat that.

We're not offering Puig anything. Kluber might never pitch (like kluber) again. I don't think there is a 'selling low' at this point.

These guys aren't on cruise control, they're on the Jake brake

Kluber "might" never pitch like Kluber again, but there's also a chance that Kluber "might" go back to pitching like an all-star. If we trade him this offseason, we'll never know, and I promise we won't get much of anything at all for a 34 year old coming off injury who was scuffling before it.

If we're not going to get anything much either way, it's smarter to hang on to him and hope he rebounds to his career norms.

Reyes will not let the Indians roll over

Gonna be fun watching Franmil these next few years. He's already my 2nd favorite player on the team.

The best part about Reyes is we have control of him for 5 years with the first two at only $570K.
