Accept they did go nuclear and he recognized that and on;y took 3 shots on a night others on the team were on fire. Didnt let it effect his D and was a big part of why we won by 16 despite only taking 3 shots.

Rodman is in the HOF with a 7.3 points a game average and helped as a starter on 5 championship teams.
Rodman also had 5 seasons where he averaged 15 rebounds a game while Okoro gets around 15 rebounds a month. It's like comparing Mel Turpin to Shaq by saying neither one could hit 3 pointers.
He didn't recognize anything, he's just afraid to shoot. Rewatch the first half before any of our heroics, there were multiple instances where he got the ball in the corner with no defender within 8 feet, and still gave the ball right up. Once he forced Mobley into taking a long contested jumper against the shot clock because he was unwilling to shoot an uncovered 3. The Bucks plan early was to leave him uncovered and give him the shot, and it worked until our bench took over.
We don't need Okoro to be an all star, but we do need him to be willing to take and hit a shot if the defense is giving it to him.He has to at least force the defense to play him honestly or it will catch up with us sooner or later.

Steals, man defense, even blocks from the SG postion.

Some players effect the game without scoring, Okoro has that knack. I agree he has to score better, but he turned 21 today, he is working on it
Agreed, the easy counter would be to state that Rodman was also just at junior college at Isaac's age.

While true, its such a rare ability to affect the game without scoring, age isnt as big of a concern.

I think Okoro becomes a 12-14 scorer, some think more, but I think chances are he is not. But thats fine, he plays winning basketball, does the little things. Besides we will have some scorers, do we all think Mobley stays a 15 ppg player? Garland just turned 22, does he stay 20?

Players need different roles, Its very difficult to find a defensive specialist of Okoro's level who plays just as tough D when he isnt being given shots.

Feel as though Trevor Ariza and Robert Covington should be the aim for him. Anything beyond that is exemplary.

He played a fantastic game. He was so locked in defensively and just kept the ball moving. He got punked against the bucks last time. This time he locked Jrue in jail. He blew up so much of what they did.

His doubling along with Stevens was crucial in "containing" Giannis.

Unbelievable effort. Best defensive game for Mobley, Allen and Okoro easily.

Bucks average 126 on rest they didn't crack 100 after they got 35 in the first quarter
