Okoro could respond phenomenally well to a change in leadership. Unless there's a sell-high option out there, I'm definitely erring on the side of wait and see, because it seems like a low risk, moderate reward kind of thing.
Offensively he just needs confidence (to shoot threes) and scheme (because he is somewhat limited in skillset). Both could be unlocked with coaching. Kenny is known for offense and off ball action and back cuts, right? Something Okoro could excel at because I do think he is smart and can identify when to cut, and obviously his athleticism helps finish it off.
Defensively his biggest opportunity is rebounding, which is also partially scheme-driven, though yes there is no evidence that even with a different scheme he would be a better rebounder.
