How do you sign a 10 day contract in the offseason?

The Philadelphia 76ers will reportedly sign Isaiah Mobley to an Exhibit 10 deal before training camp.

That means it's a training camp invite with a 1 year non-guaranteed contract that can have a $75K bonus if the player is waived and signs with the team's G league team and stays there for at least 60 days after being waived. The bonus would become guaranteed bonus if he ends up signing a two-way deal.
