Offense was horrible in Toronto and Detroit, but they are finally playing D without Allen the past few games.

An underrated part of our playing better d is getting Wade back in the lineup. Not only is he solid 1 v 1, he’s incredibly good with team d. It’s an underrated skill, but his help and hedge is outstanding. He doesn’t erase shots like Mobley and Allen, but he makes shots never happen by position and footwork.

Yeah he has been crucial to the perimeter D and it allows Mobley to just protect the rim and do some stunting to make them pass the ball back out.

Yeah, we were all like "How good is Mobley if the defense looks this bad when Allen is out?" Well the answer is great as long as he doesn't have to do it by himself. Totally agree that Wade has helped a lot, but also no Love to cover for. Put Diakite or Wade at the 4 and the defense is much better than with Love.

I was wondering about the offense in those game . it almost looked like DG was proving a point to JB. It looks like he showing this is what happens when I give the ball up,(rolo,cedi,….) then again he looked great give it up last nit

They were exhausted and sick. They need to figure some things out on the road for sure, because their roleplayers aren't playing well in other arenas. This upcoming stretch of games should be much easier and give them a chance to solidify some good habits.

Both Allen and Wade out against the Knicks. WTH is going on with Allen, he’s looking increasingly fragile. He missed 26 games last year and after missing 7 out of our first 24 is on track to miss about as many this year
