Creation can indeed come from nothingness and very likely did... but understand, I'm not making an argument against God -- I don't see the point in that, I'm just explaining the science behind the Big Bang and Inflation.

It gets really trippy if you start believing that God is a product of the universe, and not some metaphysical being, but a very real and physical one. Then, well, anything is possible at that point. You could start thinking in terms of building your own god, i.e. ancestor simulation, etc.

I took a class in college that was a philosophy class about does a G-d exist. Awesome class actually.

In all honesty you are in my top 5 list of people on here i would like to have a beer with. I think the conversation would be fun and interesting.

I don't operate too much in moving in the miraculous, but one night in Orlando back in June, my brother and I were on a corner downtown preaching and some man with a crutch was crossing the street toward us with a crutch and a cast on his foot cussing at us saying, "JESUS DONT LOVE ME! JESUS DONT LOVE ME! IF HE LOVE ME, WHY HE DON'T HEAL ME!"

So I called him over, we start talking to him asking him question, basically just what his name is, what happened to his foot, and small stuff to open him up to pour out whatever it was that he had built up inside of him.

He let us know a car ran over his foot and thats why it was in a cast, he lost everything, the man was in his 40s. Long story about his life and how it all come to ruin, crying, the whole 9. He couldn't walk without his crutch nor could he stand without it.

So then I hear the Lord tell me to tell Him that He wants to heal him. So as he was talking, I had to stop him to let him know that the Lord wants to heal him.. so I asked him if thats ok.. he said ok..

So I reached down and touched his toe, which was coverd in his sock, through the opening of the cast and began to pray and call on the Lord to heal him and show Him his healing power, etc..

After about 2 minutes of prayer, I finish and ask him how he feels... He said, "I aint calling you no angel or nothing but a.... i dont feel no more pain!"

So I began to give God glory right there! He had no pain, he put his crutch down somewhere and was walking around the corner with no problem at all!, we got back to preaching, he was happy, whatever he was crying about seemed to be washed away, his crutch, he forgot where he even put it! Thats how far removed the pain of his heart and of his foot was removed from him! Praise the LORD!

Never saw him since, but his name was Mike. A good brother who the LORD healed one night in Downtown Orlando, 2017. Amen.

Thank you for your testimony of what Jesus is still doing today. Since this is why I started the thread. Jesus Christ still heals people just like he did when he walked the earth. Now those who are his people are suppose to walk as he walked and do the things he did. At the time of the original post, I said I had seen about 100 people healed. I have now lost count of how many people I have seen healed. I could go on for hours with stories. It is so fun.

I was not buying in. I received the message. I read the bible for years before believing that it was true.
