Job Searching tips

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I just don't have the desire to work the corporate ladder.

I'm sure there is a business out there I would fit well with, I just wouldn't know it. I probably should have got my degree in accounting instead of management. Right now, I basically want something with consistent days off. My only ideas are like banking or an office job where I'm doing tasks or data entry or something.

A dream scenario is basically having a job that pays enough to live yet I get a lot of free time. Like if I could work remotely or something too but that seems hard to get. I'd like my own business some day, probably something online, I just don't know what yet. So I just need a find a job that gives me more free time to actually think about it. I theoretically have the time now, but sleeping during the day and many other things aren't too conducive to productivity and mental health.
Most of the people I work with don’t want to climb the corporate ladder and pretty much have the same goals as you described. Not everyone is going to be the next SVP so honestly people who are just happy to work hard for 40 hours a week and aren’t expecting to get promoted often are highly valued.

trick to remote work is either be really good at what the job is (ie already have experience in the field and bring a lot to the table) or start on site and prove yourself valuable enough over the span of 1-2 years that they don’t want to lose you and would be open to remote work
