Was this guy... out because of back problems... actually carrying Garland around piggy-back after the game?

Shit, if he dropped Garland after he jumped on Love's back, that cat would be out until 2023. We are over here talking about Love like he is made of glass... but we have a few porcelain dolls on this team.

Love attributed Porter’s problems in adjusting in the NBA to the tough circumstances that Porter was forced to deal with while growing up. He also called last season the “perfect storm” when it came to making Porter’s transition to the NBA even more difficult, citing turmoil within the Cavs organization as well as the stoppage of play due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.

I hear ya Kevin.

I think we've all struggled in this pandemic - and a lot in our lives is harder to handle with the pandemic in the background. Gotta be the same for KPJ and his struggles. Not being able to go anywhere, do anything, and knowing people who get sick can only make things worse - even if you are a well-paid NBA player.

Guy was a great talent, but mentally weak. That is why he was there at 30.

The Porter situation is sad. I'm sure that is why Love was willing to talk about his talent and wish him well. Love has become a spokesperson for athletes with mental roadblocks.

But was this meant to be a knock on Love as a teammate? The framing is odd to me.

Same day Collin Sexton talks about Kevin Love's veteran presence through all the losing and puts a picture of himself with Love in the article.

Ignore what you don't want to believe, push a narrative you want to believe.

Idk. From a basketball standpoint, this doesn't move my needle. Dude's in the g league.

Hope he gets help and everything though.
