OKC doesn't want BAM or Winslow. They want draft picks. They already have two future Heat picks. They also don't want a ton of salary coming into next season and the Heat would be offer $15M+ of that on guys they don't want. With Westbrook’s awful contract, the Heat have plenty of ammo. It really won’t take much to get him.
The Heat just don’t seem to want to give any of it up—including Adebayo and Herro (whom they just signed).
They have no interest in making their Miami picks come later in the draft either.
There's no benefit for OKC to deal with Miami and there's no rush. If a great offer doesn't come in over the next few weeks, they feel they can wait until closer to the deadline and apparently Westbrook is okay with that. He has told them he is interested in a trade, but not that it has to happen immediately.
