I'm very well informed on mental health issues and I'm not at all making light of it, but...

Apparently you'd be surprised how much I hate working.

Of course, most of us would prefer to not have to work, or at least would choose another job or profession if money weren't an issue. I get that.

But your statement was loaded with implications, that well, are not based on fact at all. Mental health issues don't discriminate by financial status. Of course, some people with higher incomes may experience less of certain types of stressors (which would bode well from their mental health), but they may also be more likely to experience other types of stressors (that don't bode as well).

And frankly, many people assume that wealth has strong correlations with "happiness" / mental health, and that's simply not backed by science.

I wish love cared about his on court play half as much as he cares about his off court stuff
Not going to hate him for his work on this stuff.. probably more important than anything he does or did on the court, but it sure feels like we are on the Kevin Love early retirement tour here.

Why retire when you can just sit out months at a time every year and collect a paycheck

This man hates basketball. Just retire.

Gilbert needs to send some goons to his house. Kevin is stealing money and laughing his ass off at the Cavs org.

Love isn’t doing anything than a lot of today’s players are doing!! Hell before Nance had his finger fracture he was out three weeks with a “sore wrist”!

LNJ had a legit wrist injury that he tried to play through. I know you like to complain about “kids these days” but you’re way off on this one.

Bit from Fedor:

Kevin Love’s return remains a mystery. Internally, the Cavs were planning for late February. But then he felt more pain in his calf and there’s a thought the injury has become a challenging mental hurdle for the 32-year-old forward.

just shut him down for the year, what difference does it make

Wonder if this time next year we are talking about a possible Love buyout scenario?
I see Detroit is going to buy out Blake with a year and a half left on his deal.
Even if he comes back this year he will probably end up with some kind of sprain or strain.
I was for the extension ,,,boy was I wrong.
