Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

It'll be interesting to see if Lebron checks AI from the get-go here. I'd expect lots of AV this game, since Webber can probably just do whatever he wants offensively against Marshall or Gooden, and hes more mobile than Z which hurts. Korver has the ability to hurt us from deep on busted rotations, but offers little else, Lebron should tear through him on the other end.

Offensively, if the ball goes inside Webber is likely to get foul prone and should sit for longer periods than he wants. This ones on the road so it'll be a tough one. The Sixers seem to match up well enough to always make it a game.

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Cavaliers come out cold shooting just over 30%. Z keeping us competitive thus far.

28-21 after 1 to Phili.

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Big Z with a nice block on Randolph.

Ilgauskas at the other end, slam!

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Z the nice baby hook! He is owning them.

Cant believe Ollie is owning us!

Cavs down 7 and LeBron sits.

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Anyone in Columbus notice that Ch. 51 isn't carrying the game? (Happy Days and Family Feud instead. wtf?) Anyone know why?

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Ilgauskas dominating. Some punks wanted him gone with his replacement to be the chump he is working in Dalembert.

Please sit Jones when possible!

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Z is an absolute monster, just punishing their bigs. If we had another player out there that could penetrate we would be in much better shape. They did a solid job on lbj early but he looks to be turning it up a notch.

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Our starting backcourt has ONE point midway through the 3rd quarter.....0-10 from the field. Sasha airball!

Some of these clowns are still on their All-Star break. We'd be down 40 if it wasn't for Z.

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

I'm not watching the game so this probably isn't accurate, but I'm guessing either Iggy or Iverson would be guarding Sasha, both are good defenders, and are causing problems for Sasha.

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Why isn't Gooden playing now? He's only played 16 minutes. Is he hurt, or has our trade for Harrington gone through during the game?

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

nice little push being made. Only down 5 after being down by 15+

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

Gooden had 4 fouls and was getting destroyed by CWebb. Now Z....that's a different story. Even the announcers were assuming he was injured. Brown had him sitting for 11 minutes after going off for 22 & 8 in the first half. Fuqing stupid!
Tonight may put to rest the discussion about AV being ready to start....he fould out in 17 minutes.

Re: Cleveland @ Philidelphia

AV's fouls were bogus like whoa..

1 was blocking, he helped us win a game earlier (bucks) by taking a charge.

Others were where he was in a tip contest which he always does, that is his bread and butter hustle plays, just bum luck.

I think with the correct offensive tweaking he could start in a year or two.

Freethrows yet again was the reason we lost. The Cavaliers 22-32
(.688) SHITTY.

Need to do a better job then that if we plan on winning on the road.

On the other hand, this was a back to back and on the road. I really didn't expect a win here but it just hurts that we were so close only if we had of hit our freethrows.
