Larry Sanders

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Ok. At first I was kinda down to bring Larry on board. He seemed genuine in his explanation and statements. I am a music lover myself so I could understand his desire to take the time to pursue his passion. But after seeing this, I could not root for the dude on my team. This is just way too awful.

It's pretty clear Sanders hangs around with a bunch of yes men. A real friend would have sat him down and told him he fucking stinks.

With the amount of money being thrown around the league these days, the guy could be making well into the eight figures to put a fucking ball through a hoop.

Yet this delusional fuck is in a studio somewhere recording some of the worst music I've heard, in an effort to "make it".

Good fucking luck Larry.

Now, in the summer of 2016, Sanders' mindset hasn't really changed, but he's ready to begin to try and balance playing basketball with everything else....A situation where an understanding team allowed me to invest in my other passions in life, now I'm bringing all of that with me and I feel there may be a home for that."

With all of his other passions— a clothing line, music, and directing—taking off over the past year, Sanders now believes he can balance it all with a return to the NBA. Part of the reason Sanders walked away in the first place was because he was worried he would have to wait to pursue his other interests when he was much older....

"I want to be in the right place mentally, and they deserve that," Sanders said. "The team and the fans deserve that and it will be a situation where I feel completely safe, the team feels completely safe and we're ready to rock 'n' roll. I'm not going to go to a situation with one foot in and one out. It would be a fully committed thing with no pressure." As far as his motivations to play professional basketball again, Sanders said that it has nothing to do with money, but rather, with the quest to win a championship.

So he wants to play 100 games culminating in a championship series against what looks to be a historically loaded team, but at the same time "invest in his other passions in life", "feel completely safe", and have "no pressure". Sounds like he's been smoking a lot of weed. Being under the spotlight on a team expected to win the championship is not a situation where you have a lot of extra time to diddle around with your crappy rap songs and feel no pressure. It's like he's describing playing in the NBA as another side hobby.

This could just be a situation of the people around him saw music as something that was making him happy. If the music was good or bad, it didn't matter, it was good for Sanders mental health.

His mental state can't be counted on and that's why I would pass on him. He seems like a guy who is good for long periods of time then gets down for equally long. This is bad for a team because if he gets overwhelmed and hits a bad patch, it will be hard to pick him back up. He would be lost for the season most likely.

Him and Shump could have rap-offs :chuckle:

Somebody get Larry some Niacin pills and Cranberry juice ASAP !!!!!

Never liked the idea of signing him, something just seems odd about him. But after the Bogut injury, I think CLE should take the risk. Maybe he turns out like Bridman for the heat, nobody wanted him either because of personal issues. There is just no alternative right now.

Call Larry's dope ma...i mean agent! call Larry's agent and get him on a plane stat.
