LeBron James

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
@DOTL is what happens when asylum patients are granted internet privileges.
Show me my error in what I said, and we can talk about it.. But if you can't find error in what I said, then why do you insult me?

And if you insult without reason, then the mods should judge fairly and ban you for a couple weeks with the note "come back a better poster" like they did me.

"Something" as in, the truth and undeniable. Yes. I agree.
Your hatred of LeBron is at a level that's usually reserved for people who've personally wronged you. It's incredibly bizarre to hate someone you've never met so much, especially a sportsball player who led the team you claim to like to 5 NBA finals appearances and 1 ring in 11 seasons. Like, what's the deal here?

Didn’t know this thread could get any worse

I thought I already explained that its more than basketball. Deaf ears will be deaf, I guess.

Nevermind me. Go back to your worship. Sorry to disturb your peace of worship of lebron. I'll be sure to not call out your foolishness nor your gods foolishness again lol

I really don't understand why it would be about "more than basketball" when it relates to a basketball player you have zero connection to outside of basketball. LeBron isn't out there breaking the law, neglecting his kids, or any of the other things we often see professional athletes do. He's arrogant, who cares. So was Jordan. So is Tom Brady. So was Barry Bonds. When you're the best in the world at what you do, you're going to be arrogant. It doesn't affect you.

I'm probably the biggest LeBron fan on this site and I talk about him a fraction of the time that you do. The hate has you out here writing term papers on a free basketball message board about the meaning of the word worship lol.

Don't put those other athletes in the same sentence as LeBron. They don't deserve that.

Of everything I said (and I could say more..), the only thing you got from it is, "he's arrogant". I'm not going to keep speaking to a wall. I already told you I wont bother you while you worship your god. Nor will I call out your foolishness no more nor his.

I realize I'm on a basketball forum where people make basketball their life.. Then turn around and tell me, "you are crazy, it's just a game."

You guys say things like, "why do you care So much, LeBron is only a basketball player".. But then turn around and worship him, and defend him like he was your father being insulted.

The topic of basketball is very shallow, surface level stuff. Superficiality at it's finest.. Talking "basketball" doesn't interest me much.. I see things deeper than just the surface, with more substance and purpose than "just a game" or "just a player" and speak on it, though nobody could tell me or show me where I'm wrong because I elaborate on what I say so you understand.. But yet, somehow it still falls on deaf ears and therefore, you call me names.

Why?

Simply because you don't like what I'm saying. Not that it's wrong, but because you don't like it.

So how is it fair and just to name call just because you don't like what somebody says?

I could call you all types of name and make a mockery of you for worshiping this man who couldn't care less about you. Defending this man like he was your daddy, when he would let you starve if he knew you were hungry. The man can't tip a waitress who served him and his "possee" all night, you think he cares about you??? He'll take your money but he won't give you his lol THAT'S YOUR GOD?? LOL@ This fool!

Tough spot for the Lakers after waiting Kawhi out. Now scrambling to round out roster.

2 year, $30M for Danny Green is no bargain. Guy is a pro, but don’t forget he essentially gave way to Fred VanVleet in Finals. I like Green on a value deal, $15M per year is no value deal.

They re-sign KCP to a 2 year, $16M deal. Blah.

And then round the night out by bringing Javale McGee back at 2 years, $8.6M. And McGee is the expected starting center.

That’s a rough night, IMO. Davis waived his trade kicker in hopes of getting Kawhi, but Kawhi’s delay really hamstrung LAL....these deals just aren’t very good IMO.

Will be interesting to see what LA does at Point Guard (right now it looks like Rondo) and then additional moves to round out bench (Korver, maybe Iggy, Melo, etc???).

What a night......

And to add to the intrigue.....Paul George just forced his way to the Clippers, to play for his ex-fiancés father, whom he separated from after knocking up a stripper. He picked this over playing with LeBron......if that doesn’t tell you something........

And in case you are wondering, Doc’s daughter moved onto Seth Curry and have recently wed, while PG has knocked up his stripper GF a second time. So all is well....?

That's a nice team for both LA teams. The Raptors are the losers of the day in my opinion, who are left with hands tied and without their superstar. But hey, the title is theirs to keep, so that's something.

As LeBron continues to age....one has to wonder how AD reflects on all this. He’s got as much skin in the game as anyone. AD could’ve grown with Zion and formed the most devastating front-court in NBA history, but he opted to follow LeBron and Rich Paul’s lead.....may go down as one of his worst decisions ever.

Gotta give Steve Ballmer some credit. He’s taken an albatross of a franchise, and made them more desirable than the Lakers, who are owned by one of the cheaper families in NBA.

I think a large part of the equation for FA’s is whether ownership has an appetite to go deep into luxury tax if necessary. You think Ballmer is scared of that? Fuck no.

Jeanie Buss? Fuck yes. She’s not going to do it.
