Take a look at the last 17 games. The non-Lebron lineups have done much better than the lineups with Lebron. The lineups with Lebron have been outscored 11 of the last 17 games....the non-Lebron lineups have only been outscored 5 of the last 17 games. The lineups with Lebron have been outscored by 32 points....the lineups without Lebron have outscored their opponents by 19. Take out game 2 against the Wizz and the Lebron lineups have been outscored by 66 and the non-Lebron lineups have outscored their opponents by 33....a 99 point differential over 16 games.
Before anyone pounces on me, I am not saying we should trade Lebron. I am not saying we should play him less. I am asking WHY? Everyone wants to blame Mike Brown's offense, but it seems to be doing fine when one of the top 3 players in the NBA is taken off the floor. WHY? These numbers below should be totally reversed. We should be substantially better when he is on the floor and just trying to survive when he is out...that's not the case. What's the problem? Is it MB? Lebron? Combination of both?
