It sounds like there's zero chance that McCoy himself was the one who attacked her. From what I've gathered the new theory is that McCoy had someone "rob" the house and beat her up. Not sure I believe it. They're already changing their story. I wouldn't put making a false accusation past a woman crazy enough to refuse to leave someone else's home.
To build on this, they were set for court yesterday. This matter basically punts the court case/potential eviction out another month. Doesn't seem like that'd be ideal for Shady. It makes me question why he'd do this. That said, I'm also not accusing him of being a member of Mensa, but it seems nonsensical to do something that'd lead to dragging the eviction out further.
