Well, apparently all but Bogut and Yi are on the trading block. So heres a little deal I cooked up.

http://www.realgm.com/src_checktrade.php?tradeid=4388313

It may need some retooling since we give them 2 bigs, although Donny doesn't play and im not so sure that drew counts anymore:D

We would probably have to throw in a first rounder as well but the bucks get much lighter in the pocket books and we get Michael Redd...:D

I know Ferrys plan was to be able to land a big free agent when z's and hughes deal ends or be able to make a trade with the expiring but i dont think a guy like redd would be so available during said time.

Since hughes, sasha or z arent involved, that plan could still come to fruition.

trade break down:
Shannon Brown
Ira Newble
Damon Jones
Donyell Marshall
Drew Gooden
Eric Snow
Future unprotected first rounder

Bucks
Michael Redd
Charlie Bell
Bobby Simmons

I would welcome it with open arms. It surprises me that Bobby Simmons doesn't put up better stats. I always thought he would be a pretty good player.

Wow the fact that Mike redd is on the block right now is our chance to do right for lebron. If we could get Redd and Villenuava for hughes gooden and maybe a pick or another player i would be bananas.

Don't think you can load up the old rubbish truck with a large quantity of mostly junk and expect a first rate talent in return.

Anyone that gets Redd is also going to have to take back Gadz and Simmons.

Meh, I think they're going for the lottery again. So why not blow it up.

I'll bet Redd wishes he had joined the Cavs a few years back.

Sure he does right now. His team is healthy yet they manage to suck. That tells you something.

Not sure I agree with that here. The Bucks have killed flexibility by locking up a bunch of middling players long term. Simmons, Gadz, Bell, Mo, all have horrible deals ranging from 2-5 years remaining on them. Not to mention the 50 mil they still owe Redd for the next 3 seasons. It's becoming clear that this group is not working out and Bogut and Yi are the future.

If they are smart, they use Redd to dump a bad deal or two. The talent they get back would be secondary to getting back short deals and increased flexibility. Rid yourself of high paid players, shoot for the lottery, and look to the future.

The Cavs would be a good partner as they can provide a lot of contracts that are up shortly. They can't give back much talent, but continuing to be mediocre isn't in the best interest of the Bucks. They are better off getting a head start on tanking and trying to land another big piece in the draft.

the best expendable talent on our team id goods ... no one is gonna take hughes ... sasha is still under trade restriction and if he plays like this hes still on our team ... we are not giving up av , z , LBJ, boobie and possibly devin ... who else is there? Donny , shannon , ira , dj1&2,snow ? only 5mill is coming off the books ... so those + gooden =redd ... we are gonna be down 2 guys and wont have decent bigs ... We need to call an owner in ...get him drunk and trade him hughes and sasha ... thats our only hope ...

if they are looking to clean house then we could be a great team to do it with. I wonder what they would want for bogut.

Why would you want Bogut anyway?

bogut sucks, and is about as dumb as drew as a player.
