Just realized someone who works in baseball and has been proven to be an insider commented on Brantley from an insider point of view. You are allowed to have an opinion, but this forum has rules and always seems to have insiders for some reason, for example we were all informed that Lebron was returning a full week before he anounced, now that insider is trusted for obvious reasons, although i get it is not baseball.

Long story short, Brantley was never coming back at any price is what we have been told and the person who told us has been right many times and does work, or did work in baseball.

Lol I am not against listening to all sources, anyone here knows that one, but I also know if a source is legit or not over the years I have been here.

Either way Brantley isn't going to be back, they arent willing to spend what other teams would for him anyways

...some from direct discussions.. some from watching closely in spring training.. many from being on the back fields watching and talking with other fans, players and coaches.. (si.. se puedeo hablar contigo en espanol.. vive y trabaje casi quatro anos y media en mejico y partes del sur de la frontiera).. There some sources that everyone knows (fangraphs, the Indians website, etc) and from friends in the industry..

Make sure you don't take the close minded perspective of believing "the collective group think" knows what I'm thinking.. read what I've written and make your own conclusions..

Not sure if you care, but its not group think, its one proven insider. If you don't believe him, that is your option. But if you don't want to believe insiders we tell you have proven to be correct by moderators, not just posters, then this probably isn't the forum for you. We expect higher levels out of our posters than most, we also expect you respect moderators and trust insiders when they are proven and confirmed by moderators. We have never been burned in the 15 years this place has been around. We even had a former NBA player we ran off with jokes who later became a Head Coach in the NBA...and it was confirmed it was him, lol.

Actually one of my favorite stories and it was in the early years, but hilarious.
