Login Issues

Recently, I have been getting logged out after each time I leave the site, so I've had to login a bunch for the first time in forever.

I only get logged in when I put my old password in. The screen says that I got my password wrong, but I am signed in and can post regularly until I leave the site again.

When I type my new and supposedly active password, I get the "thanks for signing in" and then it re-directs me to the forum. Only problem is that when I get to the forum, I am not signed in.

Any ideas about why this may be?

Are you logging in using both www.realcavsfans.com and http://realcavsfans.com? If so try using only http://realcavsfans.com to visit the forum.

I noticed it takes a while to load your saved password (in dotted-out form)- wait until the blue Facebook icon (says f Connect) shows up, by then your saved password should be in there.

I've gotten the same thing with it not taking my password manually, but if I wait it the dots appear, then you get the happy "Thanks for logging in" message and you're golden. BTW you can always delete out incorrect passwords out of the list with Delete- sounds simple enough but if you've never tried it you might have a bunch of old ones, or even "Password" sitting in there, which will always throw you to "You have used 1 of your 5 login attempts".

Mine is telling me I'm logged out until I click a link to get into the forum, at which point I'm told I'm logged in? Very weird.

It's redirection issues. Please use only http://realcavsfans.com to access the website and you won't have those problems.
