Lonzo Ball

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Maybe the title of this thread should be lava ball?

I don't like lonzo, i don't like his game. I despise lavar ball. Cant believe he's being giving a platform all the time and the media empowering him. He should be collectively ignored or people need to relentlessly bash him into the ground and let him know he's retarded.

I haven't watched enough of Lonzo to have much of an opinion on his game, but by all accounts, he seems like a fairly nice, quiet kid. That may come because he's been bulldozed his whole life by a controlling father, but still, he seems like a nice kid.

Thread only sees activity when he plays poorly ... & he’s been playing pretty good basketball in 2018.

Thread is a joke.

With that being said though , love his game. He’ll be a great player for years to come. Only the beginning. He’s got the vision, the size, shot seems to finally be coming along, & his IQ is very high; all this @ just 20 years old.

Simmons, Lonzo, Markannen, Tatum, Ingram, Embiid, Towns etc. etc. etc, the league is in such a great place with all these young players to carry the torch.

Would tag RandolphKeys but I’m sure he’ll see this. Used to be in here all the time but now this place seems like a ghost town ... interesting

Because my post was based entirely on his most recent 3 game stretch ...

You wondered why this thread has had no activity. Perhaps it's because he hasn't been fucking playing?

But yeah looks like he's had a decent 8 game stretch over a 2 month period.

Alright, where are the memes...where are the gifs...I need them

I'm back.

And so is Lonzo.

The kid got hot for a second and a few folks bragged, then defenses stopped playing lazy vs him and focused in on him and look:

Last 3 games 7-33 last 4 games 4-29 3pt

He also shoots a hot 45% from the FT line.

Hell his TS% is like a -69%

Fuck outta here with your big baller brand shit, I'll piss on it

I like Lonzo, and will be surprised if he doesn't turn out to be a good player. LaVar hyped him up too much. He's not a superstar talent, but he can be really good. He just needs to learn from this season, and improve upon it.

So apparently they are done with Lithuania and coming home- yet another coach who doesn't know what they are doing, sabotaging the younger Balls. Do the Cavs have a 2nd rounder they can use on LiAngelo? Or will he exclusively want to play with his brother on the Lakers?

This team already has enough drama off the court. You really want to throw LaVar Ball into the mix?

LiAngelo Ball Not Invited to 2018 NBA Draft Combine, Plans to Work Out for Teams

LiAngelo Ball
is not listed among the 69 players who will attend the 2018 NBA Draft Combine in Chicago between May 16-20.

Yahoo Sports' Shams Charania first reported the full list of attendees, which is headlined by Duke forward Marvin Bagley III, Texas Center Mohamed Bamba, Alabama guard Collin Sexton and Missouri swingman Michael Porter Jr.

Citing a source close to Ball, Lonzo Wire's Josh Martin reported LiAngelo was not invited but still intends to work out for teams privately before the NBA draft on June 21. He will also reportedly attend the Pro Basketball Combine at IMG Academy on May 22-23.

LiAngelo, who left UCLA following a shoplifting scandal in China, spent the last few months in Lithuania playing for Vytautas Prienu alongside his younger brother, LaMelo.

Over the course of 15 games, Ball averaged 12.9 points and 3.1 rebounds while shooting 42.5 percent from the field and 40.7 percent from three.

And while he was reportedly scouted by the Los Angeles Lakers—who employ his brother, Lonzo—according to Lithuanian journalist Donatas Urbonas, every indication to this point suggests he will go undrafted on June 21.

According to ESPN.com's Adrian Wojnarowski, Ball "has no chance" to be one of the top 60 players selected at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

"He's not on any of our scouting lists—even the extended lists," one NBA general manager told Wojnarowski.
