Lorenzen Wright (1975-2010) / R.I.P.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
These kinds of deaths are definitely unfortunate, especially with kids involved.

RIP Lorenzen... Just goes to show no matter what you are in life (basketball player, garbage man), it could all could end in just a minute.

Word is that he was shot at least a dozen times. One article said about 14 times. If that information is correct, then it's definitely a homicide. The article also said that he had money on him most likely. Rest in peace, Lorenzen Wright.

He was a class act and ideal teammate when he played here in Cleveland and was taken from this world far too soon. My regards go out to his family and friends.

Very sad to hear. R.I.P. Lorenzen. We have lost a great guy with great character, he will be missed.

How could you do that to a man? Sit there and shoot him 14 times man...some people in this world.smh.

I hate talking about this, but I just don't understand how anyone takes the life of another man and just doesn't feel like shit about it. But honestly, 12-14 gunshots? Good lord that is ridiculous. Fuck it, I'm going to Memphis.

How can someone shoot somebody 14 times and live with themselves. The world is a fucked up place.

R.I.P Lorenzen Wright you will never be forgotten. My prayers go out to your family and friends.

R.I.P Lorenzen Wright.

It's crazy how many times he got shot. It reminds me of an old friend of mine back in south LA. The kid was only 14 years old and he got shot 19 times. It's fucking insane how crazy some people are...

It's sad to here about him. Even though he rarely played when he was here, I felt like he was a big part of the team and their good chemistry. He would always get into the games form the bench and got those guys going over there with the standing. I remember reading an article about how much he liked suits and the one benefit of not being active was that he got to show them off.

Didn't he get injured in the last game of the season which effectively ended his time here?
