Mark Cuban Applies To Buy Cubs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
This is kinda cool to me, if he does it, it will be great for the Cubs to finally have a chance to be turned into winners, and have a owner who will go out and spend that money. BUT Cuban better not do a damn thing to that stadium like put a jumbo-tron in Wrigley or do something to modernize that stadium.

I think if he bought the Cubs, he would be the Dan Snyder of MLB. I think he would try to buy every peice available but it just wont work out.

Aren't they already spending crazy money out there anyways?

Yes, it wouldn't change a thing unless he brings in a new GM.

i see him doing the same. kinda like Mark Cuban and the Mavs in the NBA.

oh wait...

I used to be a big Cuban guy... I actually got him to respond to a few of my idiotic e-mails back when the Cavaliers were the laughingstock of the league.

Now Cuban almost seems like a bad joke. His blog is laughable most of the time. And his lawsuit against Nellie is one of the more childish things I've ever heard of... I'm not sure we can really take Cuban seriously at this point. He seems to have gone off the deep end.

His lawsuit is actually one that he will most likely win.

The lawsuit was in place way before the playoffs too, it's just sad that it didnt come to light until after so he looks really bad because of it.

But it says, as part of the agreement, there is a no competition clause. That is a pretty standard inclusion in a contract.

Cuban will most likely win that lawsuit.
