I didn’t mind the Norton Hulk movie. General Thunderbolt returns in some of the other Marvel movies. They mention hulk almost destroying Harlem and I guess the Abomination will be returning in She Hulk. It’s for sure canon.

It is, and it lays a surprising amount of groundwork for the rest of the MCU.
Truth!...but still an unappealing film for me.

Been slowly watching through the MCU in timeline order (I'm up through the Guardians/Age of Ultron).

Favorites so far (no order):
- Iron Man
- Iron Man 3
- Capt. America: The Winter Soldier
- The Avengers
- Guardians of the Galaxy (Vol. 1 & 2)
- Age of Ultron (slightly disappointing, but still a fun movie)

Only movies I can say I didn't particularly care for, as in, wouldn't probably watch again are Thor: The Dark World and Captain Marvel.

Strangely enough, I think the two Guardians movies (along with the first Avengers) are my favorites. Didn't see that coming honestly, but I love that cast of misfits and morons.
Good times -- enjoy!
Among my "not interested in watching again" "Dark World", Hulk, and "Age of Ultron" ( I may relent here, but expectations v reality, this was a killer for me) ...the Guardians movies are great!

Hulk, Ant man and the wasp (yes I know it had a huge amount of information), ultron and dark world were the only 4 I am meh on. But I love having movie series to watch while working out, t's my motivator to get to the basement. So none are on the never watch again list

Merely a quibble, but I really enjoyed both Ant Man (and Wasp) movies....lots of fun, and it is good to have Hank Pym in our universe!

Working my way through Daredevil. Almost done with season one. Should I watch any of the other marvel stuff to watch seasons 2 and 3 or can I just plow through?

Season 1 of Luke Cage was pretty fun. Jessica Jones season 1 was fairly boring. Never watched iron fist or the subsequent seasons of Jones and Cage.

@col63onel

Obviously, your mileage may vary, but Jessica Jones is my favorite of the Netflix/Marvel fare, with Daredevil probably next. Luke Cage was also good, but as much as I have historically loved the Iron Fist character, I thought this representation was pretty poor. The Defenders probably should not be watched without viewing at least some of the other series, but all the individual series are certainly watchable and understandable independent of the others, even as a group they enhance your understanding of this "universe". Enjoy!

If I just watched all 3 seasons of DD, would I be lost during season 3 without watching anything else?

I thought the first season of Jessica Jones was good, although the second season was terrible. I don't remember if there was a third or not. Either way, didn't watch it.

The Punisher show is worth a watch too. He gets introduced on Daredevil, though.

The Punisher is often a poorly handled character for me...did not love his DD arc, but thought his own series was pretty good. Easy to see where there are different interpretations on these shows...

That first trailer for Ultron was money and portraying a darker film. The movie was...okay, but what a let down.
It could have been one of the better films. They dropped the ball with this one.
