He's not teaching them how to be Delly. But they can watch how he runs the middle pick-and-roll, for example, going around the screen, keeping his defender on his back while working his way down the lane and at the last second deciding between a floater or a lob to the big man depending on what the opposing big does.

There's a lot they can learn just by watching how he manages to contribute without being tall, quick, or having any jumping ability. Guys with no athletic tools have to become master technicians to stay in the league and young players can learn by watching and asking questions.

Delly has no trade value but does have value to us as a mentor for sexton and garland if they accept it

not really, van vleet and lowry went off on them and if they kept delly they would have a championship already

they were a nothing team thinking about tanking away the 2016/17 until delly dragged them into the playoffs in march 2017 when kidd won coach of the month but delly should have won it (+106)
