actually, after watching the Grizz yesterday, we just may. They are totally pitiful up front and have good depth at guard: with Gay, Lowry, Navarro and Conley. They may just be in the market for a big man and we do have a spare one. They can even get a backup guard like Damon or Shannon to round out their roster.

I don't see how trading Miller for Gooden in any way shape or form makes sense for the Grizz. He is much more valuable to them than that. Let's not forget, they have Gasol and just paid a ton of money to Darko. Is Gooden really a huge improvement? Certainly not to the extent that they give up their best wing player. But I sure would love to have him. That's why I proposed a deal on the main board about taking back their headaches (Stoudamire and huge contract Cardinal) in exchange for a package centering on Hughes and Gooden. It's not implausible.
