Minnesota vs Ohio State: vbookie

It's about time I started doing some betting on the Buckeyes, so here goes, my first vbookie thread.

I'm betting on Ohio State to cover the spread, which is at 26.5. My logic? One, they've covered the spread what, 14 out of the last 15 games? Or is it 15 in a row? Two, they've beaten everyone by at least three scores this year, ie. 17 or more points. 26.5 is a little over 4 scores, but Minnesota is awful this year. Minnesota is reeling, Ohio State is rolling, it's in Columbus, and it's homecoming. This will be yet another game where the starters sit in the 4th quarter.

They can, but they will be hard pressed. Ohio State is averaging 27 points more than their opponants, and to be honest, with injuries and the downward slide, Minnesota could be the easiest "challenge" yet for the Buckeyes. Indiana is playing better than the Gophers right now, and you saw what Ohio State did to them. My goodness, Minnesota lost at Wisconsin by 36!

You do realize there is a spread, that it's not just Ohio State straight up, right? I'm a little suprised you and Pip laid it all out there on this one. I mean, I think Ohio State will cover, but it's certainly not guarenteed.

What happens if you go to 0? Does it reset to 500 as I've heard?

I knew it was a spread and that we covered more spreads then any team or something...I don't know...I hope I don't instantly die or go blind or something...is there anything on wikipedia about losing all of your vash? :uhh:
