Yes expansion will happen.
But after the situations of Oakland & Tamps are determined.,

Expansion will also bring back 8 or more minor league clubs (depending if places where expansion happens already have a AAA team)..

Probably so he can add more teams to the playoffs. Eventually half the league will make the playoffs if the owners have their way.

I really don't want more than 6 that we have now. If anything it may be better to cut the regular season down to like 154 and have there be more playoff games in a sense...
