Wrong. 65 was the estimate of the HP based on physical evidence such as skid marks, etc.
20 over isn't an unusual thing. Add in a deer, an oncoming vehicle, and a fire hydrant in the wrong spot and you get a worst case scenario for a situation that the extreme majority of the time ends up with absolutely nothing happening.
Too many people are out to crucify Garrett over this. A bunch of holier-than-thou pricks in my estimation.
You can watch the cop filling out the crash report in this video. He literally asks Myles Garrett how fast he was driving. Of the answers in the video it's the only one he takes a long pause with. It's at around the 4:40 mark of the video. The cop go on to say he is going to cite him for failure to control before the video ends.
