Myles Garrett : NFL 2023 DPOY

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Someone else pointed this out but joe thomas and him are going to have some great pratice battles, hopefully they can really learn from each other. Well myles from thomas because lets be real thomas is a top 5 ever LT

Hopefully Garrett can teach Shelton a thing or two about getting to the QB. Learning opportunities abound on this team! Gotta love learning!

someone spoon feed me.

how much of an impact is he likely to make and give me realistic expectations this year so i can decide if I want to watch.

It will be 16 games of this...

Shelton is a pass rusher?

I am honestly not sure what Shelton is at this point. I wouldn't call him a run stuffer either. He's a big guy that plays on our D line. :conf (8):

Not much to say because this pick was such a no-brainer. Good for us.

He collapses the pocket and mucks up what the opponent wants to do in run blocking very well. What the Browns lacked for most of last season was consistent tackling from the linebackers and safeties. A defense is as good as it's weakest link, and the Browns usually had four weak links.

What's the saying? To win you have to be able to get to the QB with 4 and protect with 5?

Our OL is sick on paper (give them 4 games to gel), our DC is crazy, and we've just added a phenomenal athlete and great person to become the cornerstone of our franchise.

This was his response to Sapp's criticism:
“I’m here to play ball. Talk is cheap, you can say what you want after I put some pads on and put some film out there with the pros. But until then, nothing I say really matters and nothing he says really matters until I get out there and play the best out there.”

This is the type of player that I love. Isn't obsessed with social media, quirky dude comfortable in his own skin (at a very young age), not image or party obsessed, loves football, loves his family, works hard as fuck, played in the "meaningless" bowl game for his brothers, and did his unnecessary pro day workout (high risk, marginal reward), not to mention his multi-year record of on-the-field success and his off-the-charts measurables.

Rookie year predictions: @AZ_ said 10 sacks, which would be an epic start (sorted by DE position), the sack leader last year had 12.5 sacks - Danielle Hunter).

The NFL adjusts so quickly tho, which is great because as he develops as a threat, then Ogbah will get free and really Nassib has a chance at a great year. If the defense is chaotic and likes to gamble, which I anticipate, we're certainly going to move up from 2nd last in the league for sacks (26). To give you some context, Arizona led the league with 48(!) and the top 10 had 38.

I feel like Garrett is not fucking around and this year, if you aren't ready to play and execute on Sunday against the Browns, we're going to beat you.

Just to start this shit legit Myles Bout Gerrettent'e A new dimension in the game of Foot and Balls and I do not mean Soccer so get ready Njoku and Peppers as a play maker. Poem for Garrett the best DE maybe one day he will see me and we flow and he shows his gold he got winning the Super Bowl, now that would be dope.
