6mg melatonin, and some Theanine.
Promise.
Trust me, when you are rolling around high at night on pre workout supplements, the natural stuff like Melatonin and Theanine does absolutely nothing.

This is from a decade of experience.

I don't even know where to begin. This team played a really nice playoff game against the defending champs and they got a loss to show for it. Even if the Cavs lost and there was nothing to question, I wouldn't have this empty feeling in my gut knowing this game was taken away.

Questionable calls, I can't pick any specific out in this example but I remember seeing some where it was all legal defense or ball and those were only called on Cleveland. The officials only reviewed the block/charge call because the Warriors kept protesting. I swear, I have seen more crowd/player reactions causing reviews this past season then ever before. That should have never been reviewed and, quite frankly, it looks bad on the league that your head of the review panel was on live television thinking it was a charge and he had MULTIPLE angles. Then I can't fathom want JR was thinking, just stupid and couldn't have happened in a bigger game and then the scuffle at the end. What did TT do to warrant an ejection? They said he swiped his elbow at the head but it doesn't show that at all. Now Sports Center is wondering out loud if since the league went by the letter of the law for this then will they with Love stepping onto the court? God, I hope not. He was a nice bright spot in this game at times.

A lot will be discussed about game 1 and while I appreciate the passion that most of them showed in their media availability afterwards I want that to spill over into game 2. Take game 2, don't buckle....please.

I listened to a comment from Lebron and he said the communication to the bench was whether he was in the restricted area.
REALLY????
He wasn't, so the call should never have been reversed as been said by many people.

I'm unspeakably pissed. I thought calls were supposed to even out or something. Nope. Screw us twice. Let us screw you even worse in clutch time. The NBA review system is broken.
The lead official in the basket called a charge, the back official out of the play(Brothers) called block ..as I'm hearing.
The only thing in the review should be to see whether LBJ's position was in the restricted zone or not.
It wasn't so HOW did they determine to overturn it??

So is this theanine stuff the real deal for anxiety or just St. John’s wort redux?

Melatonin gives me nightmares and a hangover.

Hey remember that time they illegally reviewed a 50/50 judgement call and overturned it without indisputable evidence during the final minute of an NBA Finals game?
Remember that time the referees reviewed a play after the next one was run and gifted Jacksonville a win? We need the fans at that game to show up for Game 3.

I didn't sleep for 3 years after some traumatic stuff happened without aid of heavy sedatives (seroquel etc etc) or ambien

That mixture has me asleep in an hour every single night and it's a vastly different type of sleep.

So not a single night could I get to sleep naturally. Every single night it works

BRUH. My thoughts were two after that (besides what I've typed):

1) Tuck Rule
2) BOTTLEGATE

The charge call wasn't the only bad call. They call to fouls on Hill when he never touched Durant. Then there was two non calls Lebron got foul. The league is a joke. These refs were bailing out Durant the whole game.
We need to push this harder because they're just going to focus on Jr and the one play and they can address both of those issues enough to hurt our argument

Me too. LBJ will be fine. If LBJ every starts to waver, it's only because he is tired. I'm worried about the mentality of our role players though. They all made some pretty huge mistakes down the stretch. Hopefully they shake it off and play their heart out.
