NBA Finals Game 3 -|- Cavaliers vs. Warriors -|- June 9th, 2015 @ 9:00 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
So, my highlight of the night, besides the win, was meeting Leigh Ellis. Leigh is co-host of The Starters on NBA TV. His schtick was asking Cavs fans how to spell the name of Cavs players. I got Daugherty, Dellavedova and Ilgauskas right, but mispelled "Antawn" Jamison.

Hopefully they have it on the show tomorrow.

Also, on my way through Tower City to get to the RTA, I was right next to Adam Silver.

Curry better watch his mouth. It's easy to tell who knows how to handle a presser and who doesn't. And Clay Thompson saying we Will win this series is just asinine. The Cavs feel it's them against the world anyway, so why GS keeps feeding them is astonishing.

When are they going to fire these old bastards. Most of these guys have been officials since I was a kid, a little kid. I'm 31 years old. These guys are old, and blind as a bat. Fire these fucking idiots Silver and get some young fresh fucking eyes doing this.
Add 3 more refs, double the pleasure.

too much time.. i dont care if GS comes back and we win by 1 as long as they win. dont let up and keep at it.

And to you, Sir, at 10.50.

BTW: I advise you all to go back and read the pages corresponding to the 3rd quarter (around pp. 50-60). Tremendously good fun.

The final two minutes lasted 21 minutes 24 seconds real time.

But since there is a tiny black hole underneath Lake Erie, according to Einstein's theory of special relativity it seemed like an eternity.

Did Mo Speights play at all tonight? Can't remember him.

I saw a picture earlier today from GSW's twitter of him sitting out their shootaround. I guess he's hurt. :conf (11):

Few things.

1. Win is a win and it feels great
2. DWade nailed it at the end on SportsCenter, acknowledged how hard they worked but said he wanted to see more ball movement again
3. The Warriors, I expect, will pick their shit up - so the Cavs just can't have any quarters like the fourth
4. Mozzy, minus another butter fingers bobble, was fucking money tonight
5. I think it might've been different had Shump played a normal game - I know they went up 20 without him, but a healthy Shump locks them down more IMO
6. Q was fucking bonkers on TV - suggest people re-watch the big run that put them up 20
7. Delly had a pretty dirty hit low on Draymond early, albeit it came after a shit screen where Draymond threw an elbow basically
8. Delly missed some solid 3's that would've actually put the game away sooner, but 20 is still 20 points - he was solid
9. Beginning of the 4th offensively was as bad as GS's start to the quarter - was just ugly
10. Still not sure why Blatt called a TO during their scoring run, but it ended up not mattering - any insight?
11. They're due for a JR game... people jumped the gun early thinking it was tonight... let's hope it is Game 4!
12. I think we should see a little more Mike Miller next game, especially early on - give some early rest to guys
13. Cavs had a couple calls go their way but they were due for those after Games 1 and 2 - the dive into Steph was questionable, but he was too loose with the ball anyway
14. WITH THAT SAID...
a. the Warriors complain on EVERY call... fuck that shit
b. Curry fouled Delly 4-6 times on that and-one and was baffled lol
c. LeBron was fouled on the alley-oop
d. MOST IMPORTANTLY: the Delly out of bounds call was 1) horrible and 2) a missed foul call 3 times in 2 seconds
15. Game 4 is a must win, IMO, and it'd keep pressure off them in Game 5, knowing they can play loose and still have a chance at home Game 6
16. Game is going to be TOUGH... no way they blow out the Warriors, they'll have to fucking battle
