NBA Finals | Game 3 | Warriors @ Cavs | June 7, 2017 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
No Durant realised that the Thunder couldn't compete because the organisation were never going to give him enough pieces to beat the Dubs...under those circumstances why wouldn't you leave? Much like Bron did when he left us...he knew the resources were not going to be available and he was tired of getting close but not winning.
Couldn't compete against the Warriors? they were up 3 to 1 bro in the western finals

Couldn't compete in the sense that both KD and Russ had to play super human games constantly to win...in the end that took its toll
Tough shit.. how'd it feel to carry Lebrons load Durant you p****

Serge ain't gonna help us win shit. LeBron need to match K.D with another all star player. You four on GS two are super stars and two all stars. A 33 year old man has two stars with him and band aids... Even adding a Butler or George would or could beat GS. As long as they address the the bench as best they can with two minute hogs or like Derrick should have been used as a minute hog "Lue!" This could have been avoided. So think if we had Butler or George out there when Brons sits with Love and KI we would be fine.

We've faced a lack of depth up front time and time again. I'm willing to concede it doesn't have to be Serge but they go with McGee, Pachulia and David West a good amount. Tristan and JR or Shump are who I'd trade for George or Butler so we're going to have one real center and a 7 foot slow shooting guard. We need to add two guys who have some size for when we're not facing Golden State. This team needs to still have a level of balance. Someone to win a freaking tip off, haha.

What can you really say after that? That loss was demoralizing to the team, the fans-- way worse than an ass kicking. When you cannot close out a game on your home court when you had the upper hand the majority of the game. Who ever told Lue that it was a good idea to just keep doing the same exact thing you've been doing needs to be shot. Towards the beginning of the game I noticed we had no different game plan at all-- just that a couple of people defended a little bit harder.

I guess I'm more Cleveland homer than I thought, because I could barely listen to national sports talk. Thought they were completely overrating GS and underrating us. Oh how I was wrong. Ah well, like LBJ said, it's just basketball.

I watched some more clips of the end of the game and we should have won that game and it should be 2-1 with a great chance at home in game 4. Then it's a best of three series.

If our role players would have played even 50% better who knows what things would be at right now.

I feel some players go their rings last year, money, and that's enough for them. And the guys making their first finals appearance couldn't handle the big stage. :pissed:

I have no energy to write much right now. This is me being reserved, but i'll say this, this is all on Lue.
Just unacceptable coaching, I knew his lack of ability to make any adjustments, terrible rotations, poor game management and scheme would come to bite us in the ass.

I seriously think the Cavs could go toe to toe against thiis Warriors team if they had a good coach. Warriors have no answers for Lebron on a switch, everytime the Cavs tried to force a switch for Lebron (erm Curry can't do shit) he scored at will.

It was disheartening seeing this team give up the lead while watching Lue single handedly be the one of the main culprits for the meltdown. He put a terrible lineup on the floor, insisted on assigning LBJ to guard Durant eventhough the Warriors continually tried to run Lebron through infinite amount of screens to force a switch and tire him out, instead of just putting Lebron on a big to help on penetration and at the same time be able to switch on Durant/Curry if they force a switch.

Please tell me why!??! Lebron was the worst defender on Durant.. i'm pretty sure of it if someone could actually look for the stats.

Then on offense you watch a team without a purpose, trying to go one on one and take poor shot attempts for no fucking reason and the biggest wtf moment was watching Irving waste a full 24 to give GSW the last possession.
Green with 5 fouls attack him! if not, you can force curry on a switch every damn time, but no, you rather take stupid ass fade away shots.

How can anyone seriously tell me that this Coach is not at fault?

This Warriors team is great, but this Cavs team is also great, but they just don't play to their advantage. This shouldn't supposed to be a sweep, this should be a highly competitive series.

Fuck this coach, the ones that defend his POS are blind. I'm done.

Saw this on Twitter guys and it has to be discussed

TT is guarding away from the rim a lot and is having a hard time chasing down long rebounds

It does explain why Love is getting so many.
