NBA Finals | Game 5 | Cavs @ Cowards| June 12, 2017 | 9:00pm EST | ABC

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Kyrie flipped his personal switch in G3, just like last year. If he and LeBron play at that level you can't beat this team, aside from a horrific meltdown like we had in Game 3... Even when the open shots weren't falling, that should have been a win. This is going back to Cleveland, and then back to Oakland.

I'm useless at work. My heart and brain are in total conflict what I expect to see tonight.. such dread, but anticipation. With LeBron, this is possible. Desperately need an unlikely hero tonight. Need JR or Korver to go supernova in a quarter.. something along those lines. Something unexpected must happen to win this game. Just bring it back to Ctown boys, and let our home court carry you to game 7.

It's sad that we need three more juggernaut games in a row from our big 3 to beat this team. But all I can do is have faith. Either win, or go down swinging.

This is just like last year!

(except they will have Draymond and KD instead of Iggy and Barnes)

But the bigger they are...

I have this paralyzing fear that we’re going to get blown out tonight. I feel like Kilgore.

I was crushing Golden State 74-54 at halftime in 2K simulation if that helps any.

Biggest game in Cleveland sports history.

A lot of great teams win one title. Only seven franchises have gone back-to-back: The Lakers, Celtics, Pistons, Bulls, Rockets, Celtics, and the Heat. That's it. It's a select list full of the best players and teams of all-time.

I don't want this team to be a one-hit wonder, I want to see the start of a dynasty. We have the talent, we know the opponent, and we've been here before.

Let's go make history.

Making shots makes GS look pedestrian. IF they can continue to get the shots they want and sink them, they have a chance.

Gotta continue to outrebound and outhustle these nerds.

I live in the Bay area and this is the first time I have talked to my co-workers about the latest game. they are freaked out that they lost. I was talking about how defense has progressively not worked against the Cavs and they are shook. I said, "Cavs have seen 3-1 before" and everyone was like "Stop saying that!"

I just hope the Worriers are having the same reaction to this loss.

As AC says, "What does pressure do" Worriers hate pressure.

This is the game we have to get,,,the hardest of the 3,,,home court game 6 and game 7 pressure would probably crack the mentally weak Warriors.
In order to win this game Irving and Lebron have to have a repeat of last years game 5 plus....I'm talkin mid 40's for each and at least some minor contributions from Korver and Dwilliams. Easier said than done. Didn't think they would win game 5 last year though so I'm hoping for the best.

I have a feeling we just woke them up with the last game. This could be a merciless rout.
