NBA Finals Game 6 | Warriors @ Cavaliers | June 16, 2015 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
He was the difference in this series for G.S I am shocked Kerr didn't do this from the start. I agree Bron should have won it by numbers we all knew it would not happen by the voters.

No one in the history of the NBA has averaged 36, 13 and 9 and they gave the MVP to a guy who started 2 games.

I could care less what he did. LeBron was the most valuable player in that series and anyone who didn't vote for him has an agenda.

I'll sign off for a few days but fuck that vote. He held him to 36 a game....hell of a performance. Props to Iggy.

I agree but LeBron said he did not want no part of the MVP. I agree with him and you both and see where you both are coming from. Hey Curry didn't win it at least so other than Draymond Green not being punched in the face I can settle for A.I as MVP. He really was the spark the team needed and didn't disrespect us like half the Warriors team did.

Pretty much because there's no storyline. Their players still don't know the pain it takes to win a chip

there's only one storyline in the NBA. lebron wins or lebron loses. he's the only thing that moves the NBA needle

I really hate how GSW is being panted as this revolutionary offensive team defeating the anti-basketball Cavs. We were the same damn team as them, playing the same damn way until injuries derailed that and we were forced to find a different way to win.

James looked utterly defeated over the last two games, only showing brief flashes of intensity, and largely collecting big stats because no one else was doing anything. He had to shoot huge volumes of shots, and no one else would rebound. Iggy deserved MVP. He made Lebron give up and go into depressed zombie mode. LBJ's stats look gaudy, but that\s only because no one else would do anything (other than Mozgov when he was on)

-Riley Kuato Curry

This is a Cavs fan board and some of us are fanatics. The season ending hurts. People are drunk. Saying things about the other teams\fans\families is therapeutic. Not classy. If Curry doesn't want his little girl to catch shit on other fans forums then he shouldn't be continuously marching her out there for interviews with the world media.

Not only this but I seen a girl I used to follow on twitter get mad because she was not on the presser. Those are the people I want to throw on a island with snakes everywhere to see if their simple shallow minds who flip out of one fucking kid when there are millions of other kids just as cute around. Worship is a bad thing yet we Americans promote it like it is needed. That is why I do not blame Jigo at all. We are sick of this shit 3 year old or 93 year old who fucking cares. LeBron never did this shit.

First-time poster; long-time lurker.

After our wins in Games 2 and 3, I really believed the Cavs could win the title this year. That optimism made the ensuing three losses pretty heartbreaking.

But as painful as it is knowing the season is now over and our hopes of a championship are dashed for another year, I don't think I'll ever forget how much fun I had watching these guys play over the past several months--the Finals included.

LeBron's homecoming; the early ups and downs; the mid-season questions (and accusations) surrounding LeBron's health, team chemistry, and Blatt's adequacy; Mozgov, Shumpert, and Smith arriving via (in hindsight) season-saving trades; finding an incredible rhythm in the second half of the year and playing some very memorable basketball; somehow managing to progress through three rounds of the Playoffs with two of our "Big Three" hobbled or out with season-ending injuries for much of it; Delly's (brief) rise to fame: There are so many amazing moments to celebrate and savor from this season--not the least of which is going on to win two Finals games (and remaining highly competitive in two and a half others) against a team most everyone thought would effortlessly sweep the shorthanded Cavs!

Tonight, I, too, find myself deeply frustrated by the shadow of the larger prize that might have been. Weeks from now, however, I feel confident I can look back on all the amazing moments from this season and smile.

On to next year! #GoCavs! Forever #ALLinCLE!

Still can't believe we lost a championship to the Golden State Warriors franchise.... Not the Spurs, not the Lakers--- but the Golden State Warriors...
The Warriors played 3 different series where there opponents had 2 starters injured. They had one injury to their 4th best big man.

Luck like that is just too powerful to overcome.

Just a freaky season.

Curry made more 3's (98) than he did FT's (96) in the playoffs. That's just weird for a primary scorer. That will never happen again. Cavs will be back.

To Kerr and his presser he was very classy. Basically saying they got lucky and wanted to see a healthy Cavs team. To bad his players mostly Green are assholes.
