NBA Finals Game 6 | Warriors @ Cavaliers | June 16, 2015 | 9:00pm EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I didn't want to watch it but I did anyway. It was pretty pathetic actually. They didn't seem all that happy or it felt like fake, forced enthusiasm. Or maybe they just felt the pain and dread from the Cavs fans and it made it weird. I don't know.

They shouldn't be that happy. They didn't deserve it.

They understand the game and league. It is hard to lie to yourself. They know they are one and done and not a true championship caliber team. Just a fluke of a playoff run. The 67 wins not relevant. The Playoff path was softened by injuries.
If Delly was able to impact Curry for a couple games, Beverley could have made huge difference in the Houston series. Memphis at full strength and certainly Cavs would have had better chance. Hebron will be back in the final and probably will win a title before GSW make it to WCF again.

I know this loss stings, but let's not bash a 3 year old to cope with our frustration. I expect more class from Cavs fans.

Nothing against here but the fact the national media and the NBA made me want to hate a child says a lot. How bubble gum is this shit, this is why I never trust main stream news and learned the most from RCF about a lot i never know about sports and media. Places like this are golden and I love it here it feels like home. So I understand the anger and you must not know Jigo to well.

The pain is so deep right now that I want to cry to ease the depression but I'm not even strong enough to do that making it even more harder to handle..

People are going to say a lot of stupid shit. People are frustrated because it means we have to wait ANOTHER YEAR for this, and have to endure another year of the montage from hell (with a new addition this year), along with the stupid "NO TITLE SINCE 1964" graphic.

It's frustrating when you lose to a team like this because this is a team that we as Cavs fans saw the true face of, while the media is hoisting them as "good guys", and claiming their coach ushered their sport into "intelligent basketball".

J.R. said he absolutely plans to be back. One guy down...

J.R. is GREAT when he is the 3rd or 4th option. Was not in the right place this series.

J.R. just spent the series playing in his own excrement, while LeBron exhausted himself.

The Warriors sent him a high file trick who he could not forget until the last minute of the game.

I don’t know what to type, I will start with I cannot imagine the pain felt on all of Cleveland right now. It hurts me and a lot of you know I am not from Cleveland and I have not been a fan of this franchise since my existence so I can only imagine that dreadful feeling of disappointment you life-longers are feeling right now.

I will not make excuses, and I know the team won’t. This was a crazy season and it was all for naught in the grand scheme of things. This series, in particular, was full of highs and lows and it was still up in the air.

Low attrition was the demise of this team, there were not enough bodies putting on the wine and gold. To win, it’s a lot about luck and health as it is talent. Once Love and then Irving went out, the odds were not in their favor and yet they battled. There was hope they could pull this whole thing off and that to me is the highlight of this lowlight of an outcome. Sure I am disappointed as you are, sure I hated to see the opponent celebrating in Cleveland, but I know its not the end.

This is a make or miss league, I do not blame any one particular player or one particular incident that caused this season’s demise. All I know is this will ultimately make this team stronger and I expect greatness moving forward.

Should have known the rain making me lose signal and having to watch the first half in low def an omen. I am going to do a boycott of sports media for awhile and I am going to take a breather from here as well. I know it’s more than the Cavs here on this forum but I just need to take a step back and remove myself for awhile. I will for sure be back for the summer league and then I may be able to more adequately dissect the season that was then.

Thanks everyone for welcoming me back, thanks for the love and thanks to the Cleveland Cavaliers for one hell of a season that just feel a tad short. I expect the Cavaliers to be celebrating a championship in Cleveland soon enough.

i tried to tell people next year is our year... They did not listen. All the signs were there. Sad we are now finally seeing how everything runs through Vegas.

Round 1 next year is a clean slate. Everyone will be injury free and we can look forward to a full team. We met expectations for the season given our roster and we still almost won it. Im proud of our efforts and it was a fun to watch the whole finals series despite the result . Lets take stock, relax, enjoy the rest of the week knowing we have a fresh start next year with fresh bodies.

I think you are jumping the gun a bit here...

This team is going to fuck the league up next year.

Fuck Curry. Fuck Olynyk. Fuck Joey Crawford. Fuck Klay's knee. Fuck Joakim Noah.

Hope they all enjoyed this year because when the Cleveland Cavaliers take the court in the fall, it's over.

This won't be popular, but we lost last night because of Lebron (and no we couldn't win without him, but he could have played a bit different and I think we win). 33 shots (TEN THREE's!?!). He is a smarter player then that. That is just too many shots to be shooting at such a low percentage. He didn't "have" to shoot that many shots. Many of them poor looks. He played great otherwise with the 18 boards and 9 assists-but we had a a huge advantage inside and we didn't max it out.

Our bigs played a great game, the only two players on the team to shoot over 50%. Both with double digit boards. We should have just kept going into the post over and over and over and over-make them pay for playing small. Moz should have had 20 shots, Tristan 15+ shots. We should have run some pick and rolls to get Barnes on either guy and exploit that match up. And not go away from it if they miss one shot or get stripped one time.

We destroyed them on the boards. Less turnovers, more inside play and make more free throws--we easily could have won this game and the series.
