He did make the finals in 2012 and wcf in 2016
 
it probably wouldn't be a bad idea for the Nets to fire Steve Nash though. What does he bring to the table except he was supposed to be a cool ex-player who wouldn't discipline people and would let the stars run the show. That's not working out too well.

All the Nets need is a coach who can motivate Durant, World B Flat and BS.

Name, image and likeness opportunities, prohibited for so long for amateur athletes, quickly reshaped the college sports landscape, and their influence and financial reach already has started to trickle down to elementary school age, as youth teams, coaches and parents see endless moneymaking opportunities without any regulation or more encumbrance. But while the marketplace is shifting, there also remains uncertainty among stakeholders where it ultimately is headed.

Shit, I'm sure Durant would love to go to Boston.

But Boston would be foolish to give up its young core for a guy who is not only a malcontent, but a fragile one at that.

I presume any conversation with New Jersey and Boston starts and ends with Tatum or Brown. And at that point Boston should hang up.

Yeah, sure, add a healthy Durant to that team minus Brown and some other key folks and you still have a contender. But that window could shut at any time.
 
Just read an article that pissed me off! Opening night the Lakers get a on national TV against the champs (Warriors) and even though they didn’t even make the play in they to be on Christmas Day against the Mavs. I know it’s LBJ but fuck…..come on!!!! The Lakers have underwhelmed the past two years and they still get a Christmas Day date?????

Meh. May and June are what matter. Lakers will stink. Ok if we fly under the radar.

Yes they will stink but they have been on Christmas Day since LBJ got there no matter what their record looks like! I always thought teams that were in the playoffs the previous year got the nationally televised spots the following year……not teams that even missed the play in!
