LeBron only played 56 games - DeRozen played 76. The number of games missed adversely impacted LeBron's overall contribution, and that may have been the determining factor.

Excellent point. I didn't realize Lebron had missed so many. I knew DeRozen missed some games and I assumed their games were roughly equal. Missing 26 games is significant and that justifies Lebron's placement on the 3rd team.
 
I feel bad because overall he had a dominant season, but Embiid losing out on both MVP and All-NBA First team tells me people were sick of watching him turn half of NBA games into free throw shooting contests like I was.
