Hacks on HBO Max. Jean Smart is fucking killing it in the later part of her career.

I pimped Hacks a few pages ago, it got better, not sure I like the season cliff hanger, but I am sure next season they wont disappoint me, lol.
Basically Jean Smart plays a Joan Rivers like character. Amazing.

She was better in Hacks than Easttown. I loooved Easttown, but Winslet crushed it and probably deserves most of the awards. I am not sure Smart character allowed her to steal any scenes, but in Hacks, Smart's character steals all the scenes, she was amazing in the first season.

yes, they should just end the season and then set up the story the following season. Flight Attendant is another show where I thought the ending suffered from trying to set up another season.

Finished Clarkson's Farm over the weekend. Two thumbs up. It's a very entertaining show and gives you a massive appreciation for how much work farming is.

Agreed--just finished it last night.
Although, Amazon missed a huge opportunity. They should've had the option to watch May and Hammond watching Clarkson's Farm. I would've paid to hear James and Richard laughing at Jeremy.

If there's a Season 2, I would love to have an episode with James and Richard visiting. James seems like somebody who would really enjoy the minutiae of farming.

Obviously it’s an amazing show (until maybe the end), and not many would compare, but does anyone have any recommendations on shows that are similar to GoT in regards to setting? I’m a big fan of that medieval type setting, doesn’t even necessarily have to have a fantasy aspect to it. I just really enjoyed watching a show from that time period, and would like to find more.
Someone told me The Witcher is pretty good, so I’ll give that a go. But I’d love to hear some other recommendations if you’ve got them.
