I do think if Spartacus was released today on Netflix it would be a viral hit weirdly enough. Strokes that 2000s charm and full of camp (and sex and slow mo blood).

Currently am starting on Episode 4,

I still think the You on the phone is going to be someone from or connected to the Beck squad.

I wasn't sure how the "genre shift" they alluded to would work, but they've figured it out.

I really like how Kate sees through Joe immediately and is about to handle his games more wisely than Beck (there was also a different "symmetry" between Beck's and Love's glass cage encounters with Joe at the ends of S1 and S2).

Started watching Cunk on Earth last night. Show is hilarious.

Was skeptical of watching S1 because I had just watched The Wilds S1 on Amazon and the premise from the previews seemed similar enough that I wasn't sure I had it in me.

Eventually binged it and found it to be far superior to the Wilds(and don't even get me started on Wilds S2 which I abandoned after 1.5 eps).

Really looking forward to S2 and hope they are able to match or surpass S1

Sort of a slow start to the final season of Succession. I just started Night Agent on Netflix and it seems pretty interesting, in the style of Homeland which is one of my top ten shows ever.

Yellowjackets Season 2 premiere was good, but...seeing random new characters in the wilderness was incredibly disappointing. Having new "extras" is one thing (Lost was notorious for this) but having brand new characters with speaking roles seemingly "spawning" out of nowhere is really absurd and disappointing. I really hope these new characters are just hallucinations by Misty and others, but that's probably wishful thinking.

Also, they gotta chill with the dog stuff..

I thought Night Agent was pretty good. Reminded me the good ol days of 24.
