New TV Series to watch

"A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms" Episode 5 is a masterpiece! jesus christ!
The fight scene is best medieval fighting scene depiction I have ever seen on screen.
Best series right now.

That scene is a testament for how to film fights. Would have been cool to see the entire duel but I respect the decision to shoot it entirely from Dunk's POV and they did a wonderful job with it.

I knew how the episode was going to end but goddamn that moment in the novella is absolutely brutal and it didn't disappoint on the show.

Watched Heated Rivalry and knew it was about hockey players hooking up but what I didn't know was that it was basically someone's fanfic specifically of Sidney Crosby and Alex Ovechkin and how they probably crank down together when they shower, like how I like to imagine all professional athletes presumably do. Like, I wonder how the author of the book series landed on that? I wouldn't recommend only because I do not like how the episodes are structured and doesn't seem like HBO quality. Like, even if it was 90% sex/relationship stuff and 10% hockey it would be ok, but it's like a 99 to 1 split.

Finally took Abed’s recommendation and started cougar town.

They’ll never do it, but with 6 30ish minute episodes of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms I’d love to see them stitched together to create a singular cinematic experience.

Finally got around to starting Shrinking.

I love love love Harrison Ford in this. It's like he has been a curmudgeon for a couple decades as a lead-in for this show where he's so damn funny and charming (so far, still in Season 1).

"Laid" on Peacock. Not very serious, quirky storyline, likable female leads. I'm halfway through the only season. There are some laughs in there.

You don't hook up in showers?

ETA- I finished it, and they left a cliff-hanger for a season 2. There were some good belly laughs in there, and the story line kept me interested.

I've watched 2 episode of Marshals (Kacey's Yellowstone spinoff). Not good at all so far. Kind of wish this wasn't connected to Yellowstone so I could completely write it off.
