right this is a cavs board so why talk about him if not related to Cavs? whatever. They are not going to be in the high lottery at that point. think positive sheesh

Poor kid had his thunder stolen by Makur Maker today.

For those unfamiliar, Maker, cousin of Thon and a prospect most analysts pegged for the prep-to-pro route, is a consensus five star center prospect in the class of 2020 who committed to Hampton this morning.

To be fair to Maker, he did mention Williams in his commitment tweet. Would be very interested to see a movement of premier prospects to HBCUs. Someone always needs to leap first and perhaps we’ll see more between now and 2023.
 
I hope Makur is better than his cousin
