Super Bowl LVI - Ohio vs Odell

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I'm trying to make some money lololololololololol

Also Doug Pederson would be a great hire for MIN. A veteran coach that can take off with that roster. I'm sure he would know what to do with Cousins, Thielan, Jefferson, and Cook,

Everything the Vikings ownership group said about what they are looking for in their GM/HC combo, and since then their actual interview requests for GM candidates, points to wanting to go younger. If they hire Doug Pederson and Frank Reich ain't coming with I will vomit.

I don't think this is the cycle for that. This looks like a retread cycle. Plus didn't MIN just interview the first woman candidate for GM? Doesn't she currently work in Philly and was there with Doug Pederson?

Same front office that fired Doug Pederson.

Nothing they have said or their actions to this point suggests to me a retread at HC.

Personally, I am pulling for Spytek/Leftwich 2022.

Like i get that he was old when they hired him and they probably didn't have their pick of guys they really wanted but...what's different now? Watson still isn't playing lol. They just gonna hire another sacrificial lamb? I mean they know their fans aren't dumb. They can see they're just hiring guys to be fall guys.

Theoretically they'll unload Watson this offseason for a huge haul of picks and start spending money.

The idea is that Caserio knew he wanted the Texans to be horrible Year 1, but didn't want to subject his actual preferred coach (someone from the New England tree one would assume) to a 4-win first season.

If said coach was his preferred coach why should it matter if they were gonna have a 4 win season?

Personally, I don't think Culley gets fired if Flores is unavailable. I think the Texans saw an opportunity to hire a guy they really like after Miami stupidly fired him and jumped on it. It's a bad look to fire the coach they hired with no expectations of success after one year, but if Flores ends up being the guy for them, it'll be quickly forgotten.

His QBs were Tyrod who got injured and David Mills. Least talented team in the NFL probably.

What did they expect him to do?
The same thing that Chud was expected to do- keep the seat warm for a year until they could take a shot at the coach they actually wanted. Culley was option F, like Chud, and was doomed nothing short of a miracle season. It's BS, but at least he away from that dumpster fire.

I didn’t say it made sense necessarily.

Suffering through a 4-win season makes the fans and media restless, ya know?
