NFL Week 2 (9/14/14): Saints (0-1) @ Browns (0-1) [1:00 PM EST, FOX]

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Going back and reading the past pages is hilarious. One bad play for Hoyer and eeveryone bashes him. Then he comes back and he's the QB of the future.

There were a couple unforced errors - holding, the missed PAT, 12 men, but maybe less and at less crucial times in the past? Also, Pettine has managed the end of game clocks pretty well both games (Had two shots to take the lead vs Pittsburgh) which is refreshing. We even managed to switch quarterbacks for a couple plays without needing to call time out.

I dont like that they didnt adjust for the Haden on Graham situation, and I'm surprised they just didnt repeatedly keep going to the well, but the D did just enough to pull out the win. If Dansby doesnt get that sack at the end there I'm not sure how this would have went.

We beat BAL next week and we have to shop a DL for a solid WR during the bye week. We can't continue to line up the way we did today.

Win now, even if it costs us Wynn, Bryant, or Rubin.

this was weird, i went into the game and just kind of EXPECTED us to win for some reason.. not once did i have a bad feeling or have any ill thoughts.. i felt so at peace all game. when we got the ball inside our own five and expected us to drive and score. idk man this is weird.. and btw, hoyer is the man, anyone who says otherwise is just out of touch. i said last year in august that hoyer was our teams future QB and i got a lot of laughs, WTF's, and people calling me an idiot. dude just has IT. so calm and poised down the stretch too. i want hoyer to lead this team for the next 10 years. please dump manziel before the deadline before his stock begins to drop... please

Could it be possible that we've finally found a coach who knows what the fuck he's doing? Granted, we basically found him on accident after a series of high profile fuck-ups, but I'll take it!

Why?

Cameron comes back and this corp will be fine. They have their roles, no need to destroy a position of depth for a WR.

Now if you could get a guy like Bowe for a low round pick, I'm all for it.

im so excited for this team man!! this is different! i think we finally turned a new leaf! man i just want it to be next sunday already. sucks that after we whip the birds we have to carry all this momentum into a bye though

Don't understand why we need to move a strength to get a WR? We've scored 27 and 26 points. We can run at will. We can run huge bootlegs. We can basically do what we please.

Will say though, Johnny is going to make big strides when we run this well on bootlegs and his one throw was a great, great play.
