Not Ashamed to Admit We Were Wrong on...

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
i also talked myself into the Carlton Mitchell selection in 2010/11? once Mel Kiper called him the next Brandon Marshall
Don't give up on him yet. He is still tall and fast. Eventually he will learn how to run routes and catch; and once he does...watch out!

Nick Speegle, training camp sensation
Jamel White

2012-I was set on Trent Richardson once we didn't swing for the RG3 deal. Thought T-Rich was going to be the next Adrian Peterson.

Then the Weeden pick happened and I originally thought we could get him at pick 37 but when we took him at 22, I was good with it. Calling him the next Kurt Warner

Holy fuck Carlton Mitchell

I completely forgot about his existence.

I was wrong in Nick Chubb. Said he had no shake and hesitated to hit the hole... after one preseason game... maybe should reserve judgement next time.

I'll take an L on Nick Chubb as well. I did like him in College and I didn't hate the pick. But I thought he was too slow. Obviously, that was wrong.

I posted that before the 92 yard TD run. Holy timing.

I was wrong on Chubb too.

Thought it would take him a few years to be better than Saquan Barkley. He already is better than Barkley.

I was wrong on Baker Mayfield. I sat at the bar on draft night and cussed John Dorsey for not picking Sam Darnold. I was so wrong, and have never been so fucking happy to be so wrong. And that my friends is why I work in a factory and John Dorsey is a NFL GM.

I was wrong about Joe Schobert. Even after making the Pro Bowl. He’s one of my favorite players now.

I was also wrong on Chubb. Was pissed when we drafted him because I wanted Sutton since we already had Hyde and Johnson and seemed thin at WR. Also didn't think he looked that great after returning from his injury and thought a couple of the other available backs were better choices. Glad to be wrong.
