If they’re going to enforce it, then enforce. Don’t give me the Odells broke the rule more than others so he’s going to be fined crap.

This is actually the exact reverse thing that happened with the visor. People were lambasted for posting warm-up photos of guys in visors because they change into other ones after warm-ups for the real game. Get a game photo & understand that this wasn't how he was dressed while playing. Interesting fake news tactic.
