Sadly this game is on ESPNU, so many of you may not be able to watch it at your homes. I encourage you to go to the bar and watch it with your Buckeye brethren (be sure to call ahead and verify they have ESPNU).

I'm actually going to be out of town, driving down the road at the time. Still, I hate to miss a game. This team is probably the best Ohio State team I've seen, and I want to soak up every play. So I may order the DirectTv sports package for a month (which includes ESPNU), record it, and then watch it when I get back. So what if I find out ahead of time who won? It's not like we don't know who that will be already!

I wonder if that TV Tuner will have it? Hopefully the Big Ten Channel makes it so we don't miss any OSU games next year...

I might go down to the bar myself and talk Sports with the local drunks dazzle them with my rhetoric..

OSU 34-3 we score 21 in the first 20 minutes of play...and turn on the coasters running draws up the gut and we give up a mid 4th quarter field goal with our 2nd stringers getting some burn.

If you are in the Cleveland area, the game will be on one of the local channels. An odd channel though, like Channel43/

I've already paid like $180 for ESPN Game plan (I don't recall the exact figure), yet if I want to see this game I'm going to have to spring an additional $12 for ESPNU for a month. :thumbdown

Hopefully the Big Ten channel will resolve this BS. It'd be nice if they have most of the B-Ball games too. As it stands, I only get to watch the Ohio State Men's cagers like 6 or 7 times a season. :thumbdown

ONN will have the replay of the game at like 8 o'clock that night...

You sure A Mac? I didn't think it was available anwhere live but ESPNU. And from what I've heard only people in the Cleveland area with TimeWarner cable (formerly Adelphia) get that channel. I know we don't have it on Cox.

What's ONN, and how do I get it in NC? Is it available online maybe?

Style, ONN is Ohio News Now. I doubt you'd be able to see it anywhere but via Ohio cable outlets. I don't think they stream video on their site:

Hmmm, if you click on the video link on that site it gives you a video player and access to several 1 or 2 minutes news stories. I wonder if they'll put the game up there, which would obviously be substantially longer? Anybody know any insiders at ONN who can tell us if they plan on putting the game up on their web site? This could save me $12! :)

I have timewarner and everytime espnu had an OSU game it was on Chan 43 for some reason.

i guess its a good thing that I'll be at the game then. don't have to worry about all this TV BS.

I think you're thinking about ESPN+, whenever the games are on 43 it always ESPN+ (with John Cooper at halftime... awesome). ESPNU is different and much more rare.

Yea, you are right. I was talking about this the other day. I forgot to bring this back up.

my bad

OK, been out of town and finally got to watch this one on tivo. (I sprang the $12 to get ESPNU.) Troy Smith is so awesome. Four TDs, four different receivers, no picks (of course), and even had a couple nice designed runs. How bout that TD pass to Ginn? That was sick. I liked it when they asked Archie Griffen about that play: "Oh, he does that all the time. That's vintage Troy Smith." Yeah, pretty much. The kid is a highlight reel. There are not many any players in the league who could make that play, let alone college.

Anyway:

Oh, and I almost forgot, how about Antonio Smith? Did he turn it up a notch today or what? Jay Richardson also was a beast. He's really turned it up the last couple games. When Patterson comes back the Buckeyes will have four absolute studs across the front.

Every year JT has a couple seniors who up to that point had been quiet who then blossom and have a great year. It looks like this year's seniors are Antonio and Jay. Nice to see.
